This privacy statement has been created in order to disseminate our firm commitment to the privacy
of our Users. The following statement discloses our information-gathering and dissemination
practices for Glass Card Users.
The Network collects information in order to serve our app users and the sponsors better. This information allows the Network to provide better information and services, including discounts and ecommerce opportunities for our programs, and to create a valuable user experience. Glass Card and its affiliates will use the information we collect to provide you with valuable services, and we will not sell nor provide your information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
The Information We Gather:
Sign-Up Information -- To process your application for a Glass Card, or to create a login. For your Glass Card online, we require users to give us contact information (like their name, phone number and e-mail address), demographic information (like their state, zip code, birth date, gender), and payment information (a credit card). We also use your information to send you information about our company and promotional material on behalf of our partners, to notify of updates, and to contact you when necessary.
Device Information -- We collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model, operating system version, advertising identifier, unique application identifiers, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, wireless network, and mobile network information (including the mobile phone number).
Log Information -- We also collect log information when you use our website. That information includes, among other things: a) details about how you’ve used our services b) device information, such as your web browser type and language c) access times d) pages viewed e) IP address f) identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser g) pages you visited before or after navigating to our website.
Payment Information -- Those who engage in transactions with Glass Card LLC – by purchasing Glass Card LLC’s services or products, are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Glass Card LLC collects such information only insofar as necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Glass Card LLC. Glass Card LLC does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
Transaction Information -- We may continually gather data concerning your transactions with us, our partners or others. This information may include your Glass Card usage and other information. We use this data to provide you with better information, discounts and other offerings across our Network and from third parties.
Surveys -- Surveys on our Network ask visitors for contact information (like their e-mail address and phone number). We use contact data from our surveys to send users confirmation of having successfully submitted the survey, information about our company and promotional material on behalf of our partners. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future emails and messages.
Promotions -- We run promotions on our Network in which we ask visitors for contact information (like their e-mail address and phone number). We use contact data from our contests to send users confirmation of having successfully entered for the promotions, to notify the visitors or users, and send information about our company and promotional material on behalf of our partners. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future emails and messages.
Prospect Information -- Our Network also collects prospect information from our users. Our users may provide another person's information, such as their friend's e-mail address, in order to send them content or offerings from our Network. The prospect's information is only used for the purpose for which it was submitted. This prospect information will never be shared with third party advertisers. We will never sell or release the prospect information to anyone, except when required by law. Prospects may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.
IP Address -- Sites on our Network may track your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information.
Location -- GC may gather your location information only to be used only insofar as necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Glass Card LLC. Glass Card LLC does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described. Your location is never monitored, tracked, visible, or used for any means other than is necessary to locate GC deals around you.
How We Use Information
The short answer is: Provide you with an amazing set of products and services that we relentlessly improve. We also use this data to:

c) monitor and analyze trends and usage

h) enforce our Terms of Service and other usage polices
We may also store some information locally on your device.
For example, we may store information as local cache so that you can open the app and view content faster.

b) information about how you have interacted with the services, such as your Glass Card “uses” to the Vendor you purchased from.
c) any additional information you have consented for us to share. For example, we may share information about you with our server and store your phone number.
d) content you purchase or send as gifts.
With our affiliates -- We may share information with entities within the Vendor family of companies.
With service providers, sellers, and partners -- We may share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, sellers that provide goods through our services, and business partners that provide services and functionality.
With third parties for legal reasons -- We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is needed to: comply with any valid legal process, government request, or applicable law, rule, or regulation; investigate, remedy, or enforce potential Terms of Service violations; the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, or others; detect and resolve any fraud or security concerns.
With third parties as part of a merger or acquisition -- If Glass Card gets involved in a merger, asset sale, financing, liquidation or bankruptcy, or acquisition of all or some portion of our business to another company, we may share information with that company before and after the transaction closes.

By going to those links, using the third-party integration, or using a co-branded or third-party-branded service, you may be providing information (including personal information) directly to the third party, us, or both.
