Purchase and Refund Policy


Payment
Those who engage in transactions with Glass Card LLC by purchasing services or products, are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Glass Card LLC collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Glass Card LLC.

Refunds
We generally cannot refund any purchases of Glass Card Premium. If you feel you have unique circumstances that would merit a refund, please email support@glasscard.org.

If you purchased Glass Card Premium and have a problem with the Glass Card app that prevents you from using your premium card or the discounts, please contact us at support@glasscard.org.

If you purchased your premium card through a fundraising group and you did not activate your access code, you can try contacting that group directly, but we make no guarantee for any refund.

We cannot refund your premium card purchased on the Glass Card app or website. Glass Card Premium is used for real goods and services from a multitude of vendors. Additionally, premium cards often benefit outside fundraising groups, businesses, or people directly. This makes it extremely difficult to manage refunds.

We make no guarantee to the quality of product or service received by individual Glass Card Premium business sponsors. We cannot refund your premium card due to a failure from an individual business to provide a quality experience or to fulfil their duty to honor their offer they advertised.

We have worked hard to build good relationships with the many business sponsors on Glass Card. There may be rare occasions in which a Glass Card Premium deal may not be accepted. This could be because a new business employee is unaware of Glass Card and how to redeem the discount. If this happens, and your discount was not honored by the business, please email us at support@glasscard.org and we will reach out to the business to ensure the employee is trained and the problem is resolved.
