Purchase & Refund Policy

Effective October 2, 2025

Summary: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or prorations for purchases made in the Glass Card app, website, or through any fundraiser.

Payments

When you purchase a product or service from Glass Card LLC, we collect only the personal and payment information needed to process your transaction and deliver your access code and related services.

No Refunds

All purchases of Glass Card Premium, access codes, and related products or services are non-refundable. This applies to purchases made directly from Glass Card (app or website) and to purchases associated with any fundraiser or organization. Access codes that are activated or unactivated are not eligible for refund.

What We Will Do Instead

  • Billing errors / duplicate charges: If we confirm a duplicate charge or processing error, we will correct it (e.g., void or reverse the duplicate authorization/charge).
  • Unauthorized use: If your payment method was used without authorization, please contact your bank/card issuer. We will cooperate with the investigation and, where appropriate, void accidental or fraudulent charges we can verify.
  • Defective or unusable access code: If a code cannot be activated due to a technical issue on our side, we will replace the code or restore access. Replacement—not refund—is our standard remedy.

Merchants & Offers

Glass Card showcases offers from third-party businesses. We do not guarantee any particular business’s availability, service quality, or willingness to honor an offer at a specific time (e.g., if a location has staffing changes or a new employee is unfamiliar with Glass Card). If an offer is not honored, please email us the details and we will follow up with the business to help resolve it. This process does not include refunds.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback, we may suspend or revoke access associated with the disputed transaction while we work with your card issuer. Proven fraudulent or erroneous charges will be corrected; otherwise, our no-refunds policy applies.

Fundraisers & Organizations

Please do not contact a fundraiser group for refunds or support. All purchase and access issues are handled directly by Glass Card LLC at [email protected].

We may update this policy from time to time. The version and effective date above reflect the latest update.
